*Fees for ESES congresses and conferences are reduced for active and corresponding members if all membership fees are paid.
**Under the age of 32 years. You will be requested to upload your ID card and Certificate of University enrollment in the registration process.
You may register for any social program via the registration module.
Please make sure to book all items of interest when you register. If you wish to book any additional item after registering, please send your request to Miss Buse Cirit at busecirit@nlmice.com.
The Conference registration fee includes:
- Admission to conference scientific sessions, exhibition and poster areas
- Certificate of Attendance
- Coffee breaks and lunches
- Welcome Reception on 22 May 2025.
The Pre-Conference Courses registration fee includes:
- Admission to course
- Course Certificate of Attendance
Important: Courses have limited participants and places will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. You are required to register for the Conference to take part in the Courses.
Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
If you pay by bank transfer please send a copy of the transfer slip to busecirit@nlmice.com within 3 days.
Note: to benefit from the early bird and late registration, payment must be received before the deadlines.
Cancellation Policy and Name Changes
All cancellations must be sent in writing to busecirit@nlmice.com and will be subject to the following penalties:
Up to 04 March 2025: 100% refund
From 05 March 2025: 50% refund
After 10 April 2025: No refund
